Fresh Flowers Delivery Information

Same Day Delivery
Place orders by 2:00 pm in the recipient's time zone for same-day delivery, Monday through Friday. For Saturday same-day delivery, please order by 10:00 am. No deliveries are available on Sundays, however we might be able to accommodate, just text or call at (954) 228-5664

Specific Times
Priority and timed deliveries are available for an additional fee. Request a time frame in the special instructions when ordering, and we’ll do our best to meet it. Orders for Valentine’s Day will be delivered between 8 am and 6 pm. Priority delivery requests must be arranged via phone. Online orders will receive standard delivery, guaranteed by 6:00 pm unless priority delivery is selected and purchased.

Delivery Hours

  • Businesses: 9:00 am - 4:00 pm
  • Residences, hotels, hospitals: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
  • Schools: 9:00 am - 1:00 pm

Extended hours, 7:00 am - 9:00 pm, are available during major holidays like Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day.

Funeral Homes
Funeral deliveries are prioritized. We confirm the viewing time with the funeral home to ensure timely delivery. If ordered late, we’ll notify you so other arrangements can be made. For viewings on Sunday, we will reschedule for Monday if Saturday or Sunday delivery is not possible.

Funeral Banners
In cases where a banner is unavailable, we will enhance the arrangement with additional flowers.

School Deliveries
Flowers will be left at the school’s front desk. Please indicate if the recipient is a student, teacher, or staff member. Orders for high schools should be placed early for delivery by 1 pm.

Weekend Delivery Policy
Saturday deliveries are available from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. We do not deliver on Sundays except for certain holidays like Mother’s Day.

P.O. Boxes
We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or A.P.O. addresses.

If No One is Home
If the recipient is unavailable, the delivery may be left in a safe spot, such as with a neighbor or on a porch, or a message will be left for alternate arrangements.

Incorrect Addresses
If an incorrect address is provided, a $10 re-delivery fee applies. We are not responsible for deliveries made to addresses provided incorrectly by customers.

Order Cancellation
Same-day orders are processed immediately and cannot typically be changed. Orders already in progress or delivered cannot be canceled. To cancel an unprocessed order, please call us at

Recipient Contact
In some cases, the florist may contact the recipient to confirm they’ll be available.

Door Delivery Requests
Weather permitting, arrangements may be left at the door in a discreet location. The recipient will be notified.

Refusal of Delivery
If the recipient refuses the delivery, the sender may be liable for the full cost of the order.

Card Messages
The message entered in the Card Message field is sent as-is with the order. No billing information is included.

Anonymous Deliveries
While we honor anonymous delivery requests, recipients often call us to identify the sender. If concerns arise, we may reveal the sender’s name to avoid distress. By ordering, you agree to this policy.
