Shipping fees are weight-based, and weights are rounded up to the nearest pound in line with carrier requirements.

Return & Cancellation Policy

Our Promise: Every arrangement is delivered exactly as pictured. If something’s not right, we’ll work with you to make it right.

  • Fresh Flowers & Local Deliveries: These are non-refundable once prepared and delivered. If something arrives damaged or not as expected, please get in touch with us right away so we can make it right.

  • Cancellations: We’re happy to cancel local delivery orders if you let us know right away after placing your order. Orders canceled on the same day as your delivery or pickup date are not eligible for a refund.

  • Shipped Items: Preserved flowers, artificial arrangements, and seasonal décor can be returned within 14 days if unused, in their original unopened packaging, and in the same condition they were received. If the item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and take photos of the damage so we can assist you. Return shipping costs apply unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

  • Custom & Sale Items: Final sale and non-returnable.
